Our History
I am Kasia, a Polish girl who fell in love with Italy on her first trip in the 1990s. I was enchanted by the culture, the landscapes, and, above all, the food, since in Poland there were not yet available products of exceptional quality like those I had tasted in Italy. In 2006 I decided to move permanently to Italy, where I could finally taste all the Italian delicacies, of natural and unprocessed origin. This new discovery made me very happy and over time, led me to want to share Italian culture with relatives, friends and even neighbours, bringing them Italian specialties whenever I returned to Poland.
That is how the idea of Anima Toscana was born.
Over the years in Italy, I had the opportunity to live in different regions of Italy, from the North to the South. Each region has revealed its unique flavors and culinary traditions.
This journey through the diversity of Italian flavors has further strengthened my love for the Bel Paese, its traditions and “la dolce vita.”
Our Mission
I continue to love excellent quality, not only in my wardrobe as a personal shopper, but especially on the plate. My mission is simple: to seek out products of the highest quality and share them with people who, like me, appreciate impeccable, unprocessed quality above all else.
